from the Owners
In September 2016, Ketan and I founded ARYA Medical Spa with a shared vision: to help others AGE LESS through medical expertise, innovative treatments, and genuinely compassionate care.
As the creators and sole owners of ARYA, we were intentional about building a space where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and confident in their aesthetics journey. Today, ARYA offers some of the most advanced aesthetic and skincare treatments in the industry, serving our community from our main spa in Shiloh and our satellite location in Highland.
We are proud to be the only medical spa in the region with three Licensed Nurse Practitioner Injectors, one Licensed Nurse Injector, three Aestheticians and a team of Client Care Specialists who all committed to helping you feel beautiful inside and out. Just as important, we remain deeply committed to staying locally owned and operated, never selling to outside groups or investors.
At ARYA, we believe in enhancing your natural beauty—not changing it. Our customized treatment plans are designed to help you look refreshed, confident, and never overdone. We also continually introduce cutting-edge wellness treatments to rejuvenate and restore clients of all ages.

Director of ARYA Medical Spa
Kelli Shah is a nurse practitioner with over fifteen years of clinical experience. Kelli is the director of Arya Medical Spa and provides expert facial rejuvenation care and CoolSculpting services. Kelli previously provided patient care and aesthetic services in her private practice in Central Illinois.
She brought her expert knowledge of healthcare and business to ENT & Sleep Medicine in 2012 and was vital to the inception of Arya Medical Spa in 2016. Kelli finds great pleasure in helping all of her patients to look and feel their best.
Cortney | Nurse Practitioner
Nurse Injector & ARYA Manager
Cortney is one of our Nurse Injectors. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science of Nursing degree and also a Master’s of Science Nursing Degree from SIUE.
She has been an RN for 13 years and a Nurse Practitioner for 7 years, with previously specializing in women’s health. Aside from working part time at the spa, she teaches in the doctorate program for Nurse Practitioners at SIUE. Women’s health and beauty has always been a passion of hers!
Alex | Aesthetician
Meet Alex, our skilled Licensed Aesthetician at the Highland, IL location. She earned her degree at The Skin Institute in Saint Louis, MO.
Alex specializes in a variety of skincare services, including facials, microneedling, peels, and full-body waxing. With her expertise and passion for aesthetics, Alex is dedicated to enhancing your natural beauty while promoting skin health. She is committed to helping you achieve radiant, glowing skin and instilling confident in your skincare routine!

Misty | Nurse Practitioner
Nurse Injector
Misty is one of our Nurse Practitioner Injectors. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and also a Master’s of Science in Nursing Degree from Webster University.
She has 14 years of nursing experience and prior to coming onboard at Arya worked in a variety of critical care areas. Misty obtained her Nurse Practitioner license in 2023 and knew immediately that she wanted to provide care as an aesthetics NP as she has always been interested in the skin care and beauty industry.
She is passionate about providing personalized, evidence-based care to achieve optimal aesthetic outcomes!

Emily | Aesthetician
Emily is a Licensed Aesthetician. She earned her degree at the Skin Institute in St Louis, Mo. She also has a Degree in Public Health from SIUE.
Emily is an expert in the skincare field. She is always learning new techniques and expanding her knowledge of Skincare products!
Kari | Front Desk Coordinator
Kari is one of our front desk coordinators – which means she is one of the smiling faces that greets you when you enter our Spa. She handles scheduling and customer service with ease and is happy to answer any questions you may have about your appointment!
Kari holds degrees in the Fine Arts and Education. She is very passionate about aesthetics and would be happy to educate a new or returning client about the many services and/or products Arya offers.
